"NILOC" Tranquil Setting in the Country

This is a Gardner's paradise with Rhododendrons,Azaleas,Camellias and Magnolias with lots of old and new Roses. A very quiet setting with farm views with Sheep and Deer in paddocks nearby with the sound of native birds in the morning and during the day. Just a stones throw from the town of Waimate,with walking and cycling tracks nearby and views of the ocean close by. If you love a round of a golf, we have the perfect course for you. The space Your room is very large so the only things to trip over are the couches,you also have a nice soft double bed and an almost large TV. At time of writing we are coming into winter and its a wee bit cool but there is a heat pump to keep you warm. Guest access You'll have access to the house through the kitchen or the front door (front door is easier for bringing bags in)There is also a sliding door in your room that leads to your patio and to a garden path that leads back to your vehicle. The top bathroom has a hand-basin,bath and toilet. There is a shower off the kitchen with a toilet and hand-basin. We normally show you through the house when you arrive but if for some reason we are delayed,Colleen will give you a call to let you know how to get in. During your stay We are always interested from where our guests have come from,so don't be afraid to come down and join us for a chat.
