A large and modern villa with a private pool, which is located on a private area with lots of greenery and trees. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house has all the amenities for a comfortable stay, air conditioning in every room and throughout the house, free WiFi and private parking on the premises. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking (dishwasher, oven, microwave). The living room has a cozy sitting area with a TV. The space The villa is located in a cozy and quiet place with a beautiful view of the lake, and also 10 minutes drive from one of the best beaches of Costa Blanca Guadamar del Segura. You can also spend time in the luxurious eucalyptus park. Our villa is an amazing place for a family holiday, as well as for meetings with friends. The villa is equipped with the highest quality appliances and all necessary household items. On hot days, you will enjoy cooling off in a large private pool (11 meters long). Guest access All the space and all the elements of the house are at the disposal of the guests. Other things to note Accommodation rules: Only the number of guests specified in the booking can stay in the apartment. Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited; - Groups of young people (under 25) are not allowed; - No parties allowed; - There is an extra charge of 30 euros for check-in after 8:00 p.m.; - We can provide a baby cot for an additional fee (20 euros) and a high chair (10 euros) for stays of up to 7 days; No noise after 10 pm. VERY IMPORTANT! For stays of 10 days or less, it will be considered tourist accommodation - a tourist contract. For stays longer than 10 days, the apartment will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree-Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat of Valencia, and a seasonal rental agreement must be signed.
