The Cottage at Casa Redondo is an exclusive, spacious & adorable stand-alone cottage located in the rear gardens of Casa Redondo which also happens to be shared with our 3 special rescued rabbits. Tastefully decorated, clean, central, and feels like an actual home. By far one of the best options in this neighborhood. The space Spacious, Cozy, Comfortable & Very Clean well kept 1 bedroom stand alone cottage surrounded by a native plant gardens. Well- designed with attention to detail and centrally located between Culver City, Miracle Mile & West Hollywood, near access to the 10hwy, great shops & farmers markets. The Cottage at Casa Redondo is also the home of our 3 special rescued rabbits. They have plenty of kibble, hay & water, however it is the responsibility of our Cottage renters to drop off fresh greens (which will be provided to you) for our bunnys every evening. * Casa Redondo gifts 10% of all residuals to Los Angeles based Animal Shelters & Local Animal Rights Legislation Services The following amenities are provided in the Cottage: -Cozy Private Bedroom with spacious Queen Casper Bed (sleeps 2) made with down comforter, pillows and fresh linens - Full Kitchen, Full Living Room & Full Bath. - NEW powerful Air Conditioner & Heating - Nestled in surrounding gardens - Fastest WI-FI Available - Bright Windows - Removed from street & traffic noise - Keyless worry-free entry - Street Parking - Full Service Laundromat 4 doors down - Fire Pit - And 3 darling bunnys. Community Fire Pit is the large round fire pit. Though Bungalow Casita renters (that’s you) can use it, priority always goes to Hacienda renters. Bungalow Casita renters have their own separate fire pit space as shown in photos. This is a green apartment. By that I mean I recycle & compost (and I hope you will to). I use only green cleaning products on the house and environmentally friendly detergents for your sheets and towels. I let the pictures do all the talking! Guest access Cross streets are Redondo blvd. Between Venice blvd & Washington Blvd. For directions, please refer to the internet Or call. Arriving - If you arrive early or late, please do not hang out in front of the house or on the stoop like a homeless person. This concerns the neighbors and draws attention. Just enjoy a coffee at one the many cafe's and let me know and I'll make sure to get you in ASAP. Other things to note For all reservations over 30 days: In an effort to maintain the property, our housekeepers will upkeep the home once a month (once every 30 days), therefore one cleaning is required for every 30 days. The cleaning fee is $150.00 per cleaning and will be paid by you, our guests. The Hacienda on the property is occupied by tenants as well are the surrounding and neighboring properties.
