At approximately 2,000 feet above the sea, we have a view from El Yunque to Vega Baja. You can also enjoy the view of the Central Cordillera, such as the Three Picachos. On a perfect night, you can even see the milky way, we suggest that you bring your telescope. Ideal for observing native and endemic birds of Puerto Rico. The space The property is on two levels. It has 3 rooms that accommodate 2 people each in Queen size beds with ceiling fans. The rooms have a balcony to observe the view. Also, 3 full bathrooms. Pool with pergolas, BBQ, spacious terrace, and external and internal kitchen. Close to the best restaurants such as Roka Dura, Los Naranjos, Casa Bavaria, Vagoneando, Pikaderas, Ciclón, Longanizas Doña María, Rulys Pizza, others ... Guest access Guests will have access to all common areas of the property. Depending on the number of guests, rooms will be assigned. Other things to note Rules: 1. The price of $75.00 is per person, per night. 2. It cannot be sublet, visits and additional guests are not allowed. 3. Maintain the facilities in optimal and clean conditions. 4. Do not uproot the house plants. 5. Do not paint and/or write on the walls. Take care of the decorations. 6. Do not litter and use Recycling. 7. Comply with pool safety rules. 8. Do not park outside of designated areas. 9. Dirty clothes must be placed in designated areas. 10. Bonfires can be made in the designated area. 11. Bring mosquito repellent. 12. Excessive noise is not allowed after midnight. 13. Do not leave minors unsupervised in the pool and/or house. 14. Do not throw papers down the toilet. 15. Do not put oil/food in the sink. 16. Immediately report any property damage. 17. The area is far from everything. It is essential to have a car. There is no Uber service, Door Dash, Taxis, Etc. …. 18. Before leaving, please make sure that you did not leave anything behind on our property. We are not responsible for stolen, damaged, lost, or left items. We will not mail any items. 19. Smoking is not allowed inside the facilities; you must collect any waste related to this. 20. A set of keys to the doors, rooms, and bathrooms will be given to the guest. It would help if you delivered them at the end of your stay. It is your responsibility not to lose them. If lost, a penalty of $1.00 per lost key will be assessed. What’s included: 1. Rooms with queen beds and ceiling fans. One of the rooms has air conditioning. 2. 2 bathrooms inside and 1 bathroom outside. 3. Parking. 4. There are 2 kitchens, one inside the property and the other on the terrace which is outdoors. 5. The BBQ is propane gas. 6. Refrigerator, gas stove with oven, microwave, and coffee maker. The Road 568 that leads to the property is in good condition, located at kilometer 8. The entrance to our country house is a stone path. We do not have lifeguards for the pool, you assume the risk and safety in it. The temperature is cool during the day and on winter nights it can reach up to 57 degrees, therefore, we suggest packing light coats in case you coincide with a date when there are low temperatures. José María Casa de Campo is located 15 minutes from the town of Orocovis. For this reason, we suggest that you come by car during your visit, since our town does not have Uber services, taxis, etc... The places mentioned in our guide can vary from a distance of 12 minutes up to 45 minutes from the property. Multiple days of stay: If you are going to stay more than 2 nights at José María Casa de Campo, we indicate that, on the second (2) day, the host will come at 9:00 a.m. to maintain the pool. This may take less than one (1) hour.
