The space LIVING/DINING SPACE The unit has a very comfortable IKEA sofa bed, dining table which can be extendable when you need more space for work or dine in with family & friends. KITCHEN Furnished with a functional kitchen that includes refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave oven, cooking wares, induction electric stove, cutleries. Wi-Fi Equipped with High Speed Internet Wi-Fi. BEDROOM The bedroom has 1 double size bed with a very soft mattress. Fresh linens are installed for every guest to ensure cleanliness, good hygiene and quality sleep. There is an empty cabinet for your belongings and storage. BATHROOM Bathroom essentials are provided such as towels, shampoo, bath soap and toilet paper. It is equipped with shower. SECURITY Security officers are on 24/7 duty within the building and condominium property to ensure the safety of my guest. CONVENIENCE Laundry shop is available right at the ground level of building. Few steps away is SM City Davao, the famous shopping mall in the Philippines. CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT I can accommodate early check in and late check out with prior notice. Guest access Guest can access the outdoor swimming pool for free, gym is available at the clubhouse for a minimal fee. Basketball court & Children's playground is right beside the pool. Other things to note To ensure a wonderful stay, kindly ensure some basic reminders as follows; GUESTS: Only guests declared prior to arrival and paid for in advance are allowed to stay overnight. Please do not attempt to sneak in additional guests without our consent. We only allow a maximum of 4 guests. Additional guests in excess of two (2) will have to pay 200/person/night. Special rates can be negotiated if staying for more than 3 days. Kindly bring a copy of the guest valid id's. DILIGENCE: Guests are expected to take care of all the fixtures and ornaments found inside the living space, as a sign of respect to its owners. If there are any damages or dirty areas that need cleaning up, please do inform us immediately or at least before checkout. Unit cleaning can be arrange by request with a fee of Php 250 only. A refundable deposit of Php 1,000 will be collected for short stay and Php 5,000 for 1 month or more. USE OF UTENSILS: Please do keep the premises clean. We will appreciate it if you will properly wash all of the utensils (cooking and eating) and wipe all the used appliances before leaving the unit. BEFORE LEAVING THE UNIT Please turn off all the utilities before leaving the room, including the air-conditioning unit, television and lights. COOKING Pots and pans will be available for your use throughout your stay. Please make sure to wash them after use. Please avoid throwing waste and oil into the sink to avoid clogging the grease trap and to ensure that the kitchen and the sink smells clean and fresh. You may put the waste food and oil in a plastic and throw it in the garbage. PARKING Parking space is available for use with a fee of Php 300/day. Prior booking is required.
