PLEASE NOTE it takes approx 4 to 8 weeks to find apts/condos in Toronto/GTA. Your space is located downstairs with own entrance. Free Parking in Driveway (2 cars). Combination entry locks so no need to worry about losing keys. Your kitchen is stocked with basic essentials to get you started. There is a major grocery store & pharmacy less than 2 minutes by car. We have: On Demand Hot Water System, you will never run out. You control your own Heating, Air Conditioning and we have Central Vacuum System. Guest access Fully fenced yard with patio & BBQ. Bike storage in our garage. Other things to note Lots of pets visiting us. Dogs, cats & bunnies from all over the world. They come in all sizes from 2 to 150 pounds, we're happy to have them all. Our place is easy to care for with pets. Everything is washable. We are available to allow pets out to play and socialize for a small charge ($10 for the whole day) paid in cash in Cdn funds. We don't take them off the property without your permission. Please let us know if you are interested when you arrive. Unfortunately, we DO NOT supply any items for pets, eg: food, treats, bowls, litter or cages. Excellent neighborhood for walking pets. 5 houses away from entrance to Taylor Massey Creek/Don Valley park system. We are close to a Pet Valu for supplies. Local vets and groomers nearby as well.
