Boat in Key West

Welcome aboard a Cute Boat Co stay! Come live like a local on Coconut Row. We are a married couple, with a charming 1982 37ft sailboat. Docked at the beautiful, sprawling marina community at Stock Island Marina Village, Hadley is the perfect place to unpack, chill out and live the way the locals do. We recently renovated her in a classic 1930's Havana nights style to maximise both comfort and style, featuring local artists. **Please read the entire listing before booking !** The space The entire boat and patio is available for our guests to use. Hadley is located on Coconut Row, a live-aboard marina community of boats all docked along side each other at Stock Island Marine Village which is attached to the Perry Hotel. This means that the boat is easily accessed and our guests have access to the hotels facilities including: two pools, two restaurants, a bar, fitness centre, private bathhouses and captains lounge. There is also two dog parks (for little and big dogs!), a community garden along with plenty of spaces to lounge in a hammock or recline in a hanging chair. When you walk down the floating dock and first board Hadley, you will step up into the cockpit, which has 2 benches and a folding table. To your left and a few steps down, is the Captains Quarters, which has a queen bed and small private bathroom. To your right when you're in the cockpit is the main living area. Step down into the kitchentte, complete with induction stove and all need to whip up a meal or a margarita. Connected to the galley is the main saloon, which has 2 long couches to recline on and a pull out table to share a meal, plan an adventure or work away from home. Forward of this area and through a door is the second bathroom and the V-berth cabin. There are bathhouses located on the dock that have multiple toilets as well as the showers and are for our guests to use through out the entirety of their stay. Out the back of the boat, on Coconut Row, is the patio. This is a tented, lit area that has a dining table, seating, and a Webber grill, all set for you to drink your morning coffee, lounge around post swim or snorkel, prep an outdoor meal, read a book, or share a few glasses of wine. We love being able to have a stay that enables our guests to really live the true Key West life, so please be mindful of the neighbours as most of them live a large amount of their time outdoors and having the peace to do so is paramount to this lifestyle. We do not allow parties and although there are plenty of locals who will happily stay up chatting with you to any hour, we have a strict 10pm cut off on all loud music. Whilst every effort has been made to make our boat as comfortable as possible, it is still a 37ft sailboat. There is plenty of room to lounge and it can easily house you and couple of friends or family, however the headroom in some parts of the boat is limited. Please refer to photos for visuals. **PLEASE READ** We know that Key West can get pricey, and we love being able to provide more affordable yet cute accomodation option. As tempting as it is to ‘score a deal’ please take a moment before booking to consider whether this is the appropriate stay for you. The vast majority of our guests love staying on Hadley however if you have mobility issues or issues in small spaces, this may not be the stay for you. Please take the time to read the reviews and full listing, which states the exact dimensions of the boat. And as always, remember it is a boat! On Water! It is not a full hotel room with all the bells and whistles, but a unique experience amazing for those who love a beautiful adventure and a great story.
