Charming old house from the 20s/30s with large garden less than 30 minutes from Paris by public transport, no need to take the car! The space This is our family home that we rent out during our vacation. On the ground floor you will find: - one bedroom with 1 double bed, very bright since it has two windows, one overlooking the courtyard and the other on a very quiet street during the day and night. Shutters and curtains allow you total privacy. - a toilet - an entrance - a large living room of about 35 m2 equipped with a sofa bed for two people and an extendable dining table (up to 6 adults) - a kitchen equipped with a veranda to have breakfast with a view of the courtyard - a bathroom with a large bathtub, an XL shower and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer - a courtyard to park up to 2 cars - a large garden On the 1st floor: - one bedroom with 1 double bed - one bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 x 200 and a cabin bed for children 70 x 140 (up to 5-6 years old) - a toilet On the 2nd floor: - a master suite with 1 double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet - a baby bed or possibility of double mattress on the floor Baby equipment is available: bathtub, changing table, high chair, various toys. NB: We do not provide towels, please plan to bring your own. Guest access You will have the entire house + garden at your disposal. Access to the attic (unfinished) and cellars is not allowed. Other things to note We live in a residential area and therefore very quiet. Parties are not allowed, and we ask that you respect the calm of the neighborhood. Access to the cellars and attics is not allowed. The use of fireplaces is prohibited (fireplaces are not swept).
