My 2 bedroom one bathroom condo is located in a quiet neighborhood that is easily accessible to freeways and local restaurants and grocery stores. Ground floor condo which means you will not have to deal with stairs. A nice place to unwind or study after class or work. Lots of hiking and biking trails in Lake Forest. The space The condo has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The primary bedroom has a queen bed (50 inch smart tv mounted to wall with Netflix) dresser and closet. The secondary bedroom has a full bed, a closet, dresser and a 43 inch mounted smart tv with Netflix access. The condo is comfortable and casual. There is a full kitchen including: refrigerator, oven and microwave. There is an in-unit washer and dryer available for use. Wifi access with guest Netflix. No cable tv in bedrooms just smart tvs. Large writing desk off the living area. Single bathroom with tub/shower. Assigned parking spot under carport. Small patio available to sit read or work. There is central ac and heat. Guest access Full use of condo except for hall closet that is being currently used as owner storage. Other things to note I am currently not living at my condo. I will of course be available by phone should a need arise.
