One Uptown Residence is only few minutes away walk from the Bonifacio High Street,and few minutes away travel from Greenbelt Sanctuary de San Antonio, Glorietta, Rockwell center,Forbes Park ,Manila Airport . note: Utility bills like electricity,wifi,and water now included on the rate but this property has no parking slot. The space place is clean , complete amenities, provided towels , Toiletries, have two air-conditioning on the room ,washing machine (wash &dry ) ,can cook meal everyday .Feel free to feel at home . to maintain the cleanliness, We clean the room depends on your availability and we give it for free( one time only) on the minimum of 4 days stay or more . You can decline if you wish too . Guest access Can access swimming pool free for 3 pax only excess will pay 500 per head at the building admin .... Yoga room free , basket ball court-100 peso fee per unit /room but need to book at the lobby for reservation.
