Big market is in the neighbouring building. Perfectly located in the quiet residential area, yet near the city center, with sea and city view from both south and north side of the apartment ! The space The apartment is conveniently located in residential area, very quiet and safe, and yet less then 10-15 minutes of walk from everything; center Old town (Diocletian palace), beaches, Marjan forest, and Poljud stadium (Ultra festival). Guest access Apartment is spacious in 68m2, situated in the apartment building on the 9th floor, with wonderful view of the sea and city from the apartment balconies from south side, and view of the sea and the city on the other, north side of the apartment. It consists of 2 separate bedrooms, where master bedroom with double bed has its own balcony, living room also with exit to its own balcony, large equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and separate toilet. One room has king size double matrimonial bed, second room has 2 separate beds. In the living room there is a sofa (not used for sleeping) There is a large free public parking area in front and around the building, and in the building there is a market, as well as several other shops and markets in the surrounding area. 5-10 minutes of walk from apartment there is a Marjan forest where you can rent bikes, go to the beach, play tennis, etc. We shall provide you with towels and bed linen for your stay.
