Sunny's Landing is over a 3,000 SF home with over 200' of Prairie Lake frontage on the Chetek Chain of Lakes. The space This clean and comfortable lake home is meticulously maintained and provides the perfect getaway for any season! Has a big kitchen and large counter space where kids and/or adults can enjoy the lake view (and so can the cook!) through the two-story great room windows. Nothing obstructs the fabulous view, and we are perched just enough above the lake to give you a magnificent panorama. With plenty of space both inside and out (the adjacent lot is also part of Sunny's Landing), you'll have privacy, even with lots of people in the house. If you are looking to relax in private with your loved ones this is a place that exudes family time. Whether it is canoeing on the lake, boating out on the lake to one of several establishments for a burger, catching some fresh fish for dinner or reading on the deck, you will be able to relax undisturbed in this unique Northwood's retreat. This multi-level cabin has room to spread out with four bedrooms and a loft. The two story windows provide incredible views of the lake from the living room, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped to ensure that cooking for a crowd can be done with ease. Utilize the stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to perfect your home-cook creation, as eager bystanders watch from the 5-person breakfast bar. Serve up your feast to the family around the 8-person dining table. As the evening comes to a close, bring a bottle of wine out to the dock to celebrate another successful day spent in Chetek. After watching a spectacular sunset to the west, the first-floor master, 3 guest bedrooms and/or the loft await you inside with soft linens and ample sleeping space. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and attached garage except a couple of laundry room cabinets and a garage fridge. Other things to note ATV and Snowmobiles Cabin is on main trail, so park at the cabin, hit the trails and lake all day!! If using ATVs or Snowmobiles, please stay on the designated trails (a map Barron County Map is provided in the cabin) Finally, have a great time and come back and stay again!!
