Little bungalow in an extraordinarily beautiful setting with an outside bath and wide verandah .Small working farm, private beach, glorious views over Storm Bay. Comfortable beds, great walks, Dennes point just over the hill. The space Cute little bungalow that has just been updated with a new veranda and bleachers, the perfect place to read a book , sit and chat or relax over an outside breakfast . The outside bath on the deck has some of the best views in Bruny looking over Iron pot lighthouse and Storm Bay. The house is a mix of genuine retro but is well furnished with a recycled timber kitchen bench and large commercial sink so plenty of space to spread out and cook. Its a comfortable, at ease sort of place , go walking, swimming, entertain the spaniel, or light a fire, curl up and read. Views abound, farm bred meat ,pies etc available to purchase subject to availability.. Guest access All of farm + beach of course Other things to note Although we have dogs on farm, we do have a no pet policy. This is not only because of abundant sheep and lambs but because of the huge amount of wildlife on farm and often in garden. Even the most well trained urban pooch can become slightly overexcited with quolls trotting along the verandah. On a more serious note though, we have farming neighbours and since stray pets cause problems with sheep every holiday season its just respecting their livelihood as well.
