The Cottage

This house is nestled in the heart of Steven's County with views of the surrounding mountains. Location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts; hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, swimming, family friendly dining or even antiquing! You might even catch a glimpse of a variety of wildlife. The Cottage shares property with the Chewelah Motel and RV Park, though it has its own private area, do not be caught off guard when your GPS takes you onto the motel property. The space On our property there are 8 motel rooms, an apartment, a bungalow, RV Park and of course, our Cottage. We have a very quiet, family friendly property. Guest access The entire home is yours to use, private front and backyard, but you may find the hosts family picking fruits from the orchard on the far left side of the property. Other things to note The sunroom does not have heat. During the winter months this game room/sunroom can get extremely cold. During the summer months, there is an AC to keep cool. We have a $20 pet fee, per night, per dog. Our property has a high water table, this requires a sump pump in the basement. Some may not notice the noise, but if you are sensitive to noise, you may want to bring ear plugs.
