3 bedroom house based in the centre of a historic town. Close to rail and bus links to many different locations such as Preston, Manchester, Liverpool, Blackpool and the Cumbria Lake District. Very comfortable and mod cons included. The space This is a modern 3 bedroom house which is lived in by the owner. The house is based on a small housing estate so please ensure you are comfortable with neighbours to each side of the property and located over the road when booking. The Bedrooms are an adequate size which will sleep guest accordingly: Main bedroom, double bed with en-suite Second bedroom with double bed Third bedroom with a single bed (occasional Pop Up Bed) *Please note, the third bedroom bed is only an occational bed and is only made up on request. Please be aware of this as the bed may not be as comfortable as a purpose built bed.I will always ask your sleeping requirements at the time of your enquiry to ensure the rooms accomodate your needs* In addition, there is also a main Bathroom, with a shower over the bath. There is also a well equipped kitchen/diner and a lounge with TV and gaming. *Please note, the dining area has a bar table with 4 high chairs. This is not suitable for smaller children or older adults who may struggle to sit on a higher chair* I offer some additional essentials for booking over 1 week. For shorter bookings, I still offer the basics, as per the amenities section. I do leave some products to get you started including Toilet Roll, Dishwasher Tablets, Bathroom products however this is not always enough for the duration of the stays. To keep the cost of the accomodation affordable, I ask you to provide your own after these are used. I do not offer an electric charging point for Vehicles. If you do require this, there are local facilities I can give you details for. I only have 1 private driveway space so please try to only bring 1 vehicle if possible. I would appreciate if you tell me in advance if you do plan to bring more than 1 vehicle and we can discuss the arrangements. This would be a excellent property for a holiday or even business purposes. Why stay in a hotel room when you can have access to the whole property for much less!! Please bear in mind that I charge per guest and not for the entire house. I do this as it makes it more affordable for single or business travellers to stay. If you are staying with additional guests, please ensure you select the amount before requesting. I do have CCTV in operation on the outside of the property. This assist me with the safety and occupancy of the property. Any additional guest staying overnight which is not included in the booking, will be charged for on check-out.
