Private suite with a separate entrance attached to our house located on James Island (about 3 miles from downtown Charleston and 6 miles to Folly Beach) . Several restaurants are within walking distance or a short bike ride. We are located on a small lake with a lovely view - close to the city of Charleston and Folly Beach. The space Large studio suite. Attached to our house but secure with locks, private entry, and bath. Beautiful view of a small lake. Very peaceful spot. You can access our backyard swing and a small table and chairs for outdoor dining. Guest access A large private guest suite with private entry and bath (shower not tub).
