Fully stocked kitchen for cooking (no food) new appliances! Washer/dryer and central air/heat. The space I take care of my home personally with my oldest son Philip - It is not done through a leasing company like a lot of homes. With every guest we change the shower curtain liner and all the sheets and towels. We triple sheet all of our beds which means you have a bottom fitted sheet and then the duvet comforter is actually enveloped between two single flat sheets. So that you’re never sharing the duvet with a previous guest. The entire bathroom is cleaned after every guest including steam mopping. The kitchen is also wiped down and steam mopped after every guest. I leave cleaning supplies at the house for you to do any additional cleaning and wiping down that you may feel is necessary. I’ve been a super host home since the 1st qtr I started on Airbnb in September of 2015. That means I’ve never cancelled a reservation and my reviews average 4.8 or more for 10years! Clean well appointed rooms and a park like yard and patio for your family and friends to enjoy. House also has 1 gig of wifi available and fire sticks on all 4 HDTV's in the house. This home is in a very safe and quiet area of Nashville. I just love this house! It's a one level 50's brick ranch with beautiful hardwood floors and crown molding throughout the house. Perfect for 3 couples or 2 couples with the kids sharing the 3rd bedroom or living room. It can sleep 6 without even opening a sleeper. Or 8 using the queen sleeper in the living room. The bathroom has a full size fiberglass tub with a curved shower curtain for a roomier fit, chair height toilet and ceramic tile floors. Make up mirror, hair dryer, curling iron, toilet paper and luxury bath towels are provided. Master bedroom has a king pillow top mattress, antique dresser, rocking chair with lamp and a 45”HDTV and fire stick. The bedroom off of the kitchen has a king pillow top mattress, antique dresser, writing desk with lamp and a 45” tv and fire stick. The 3rd bedroom has a queen pillow top bed and a 45”tv with fire stick. The room also has an extra closet with a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron and steamer for guest use. The Living room has a sectional with a pop up trundle that makes a queen bed or a twin loveseat sleeper. A wall mounted 50" HDTV with fire stick. The House is equipped with the fastest wireless - 1 gig internet. The yard is incredible! It's open and park like with beautiful mature trees which shade the brick patio and backside of the house. Definitely bring your soccer ball or football. There are frisbees, a croquette set and bean bag toss already at the house to enjoy in this beautiful yard. The kitchen is fully equipped with whatever you would need to cook and entertain. (See the photos) Dishes, silverware, and glassware for 12. Complete set of pots and a large assortment of bake ware and mixing bowls. A blender, toaster, can opener, wine opener, duel kerig/drip coffee pot (with some coffee, sugar and cream), crock pot, microwave and even a pressure cooker are also furnished for your use. No food is supplied. This house is built the way they use to make houses, with solid wood, not particle board, very solid! The entire inside is immaculate. I think you will really enjoy your stay in my house! Check is anytime after 4pm, and check out is 11am. Please contact me for an earlier check in time or later check out. Usually we can work something out. The doors have keypad door locks on them so there are no keys to exchange for security and you can check in at midnight if you want. Your door code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number I have for you on your reservation. Getting around is super easy. If your bringing a car there are 2 entrances to the interstate and both are close and easy to get on and off of. You are also within walking distance to the Music City Star Donelson depot. This train can take you downtown to where all the public transportation is located or just hang out on Broadway. If your here for a football game you may be able to take the train to the game just make sure to see what’s available on the trains website. Of course there is always Uber and Lyft that you can request for your transportation. The house has a huge driveway for free off street guest parking. Guest access The house is all yours. I do not live there. As a guest you will have access to the entire home minus a small closet in the kitchen that I keep my supplies in. The whole backyard and porch is for your enjoyment also. The concrete driveway has parking for 8-9 cars. There is no guest access to the basement. Other things to note My son is a painter and you will see his art hung in the hallway and several other places in the house. There are prices on the ones for sale.
