Large, bright, clean room in a welcoming house with shared bathroom/kitchen. Ideal for exploring Rome on foot or by public transport. The space The apartment - very welcoming, clean and equipped - is located in the multi-ethnic and central Esquilino district. It is located on the second floor of a historic Umbertine building from 1895 in front of the Roman Aquarium (the house of Architecture) and a few steps from Termini station and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. The apartment is very comfortable, bright and well connected to all areas of Rome. Inside we rent three rooms, two double and one single where up to 5 people can comfortably stay. All means of transport pass through here, trains, trams, buses and the subway including shuttles to the two airports. Very easy to rent cars, motorbikes and bicycles in the area. In just 15 minutes on foot you can easily reach the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums crossing the wonderful Colle Oppio park. Inside every comfort: air conditioning, full kitchen, TV, washing machine, fast fiber WI-FI, kettle, minibar, hairdryer, iron and microwave oven. Guest access You can access from the street, via Principe Amedeo, and with the elevator you will be on the second floor where the apartment is. The tourist tax (city tax) amounts to €5.00/per night per person applied for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights of stay at our facility. Persons exempt from the tourist tax are children under ten years of age, the sick and those who assist them. In addition to these, there are bus drivers and tour leaders who assist holiday groups.
