Barnes Lodge, Minehead

Barnes Lodge adjoins our Victorian house yet is completely self-contained, with all rooms on ground floor. Situated in a quiet part of the town but only a few minutes’ level walk from shops, cafes, restaurants & pubs. It has a king size bed, but can be configured with full size twin beds. En-suite shower room & wc, a kitchen with full cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. The lounge/dining area has television/DVD player, and is well stocked with books & games. Free WiFi available. Other things to note We will respect your privacy during your stay. However, we reserve the right to enter the property if we need to - for example if any health and safety problems arise. We will of course let you know if there are any issues you need to be aware of. We hope that you will treat the property - and take care of it - as your home while you are here. We understand that minor damage may occur, but we will make a charge for any excessive damage which occurs during your stay. We aim to keep the property safe and secure and hope that you will too - by making sure that appliances, heating and lighting are turned off when you go out, and that windows and doors are shut and locked. Please report any faults or repairs to us immediately so that we can rectify things as soon as possible. Please be aware that we are not able to take responsibility for loss or damage to your personal belongings during your stay, and that our insurance policy does not cover such items.
