The farmhouse is composed of seven apartments completely renovated in Tuscan style. All are equipped with a small kitchen. We have a swimming pool, a garden, a barbecue, where you can spend a wonderful vacation in the middle of Tuscany. we do not accept children under two years old. The space Podere Marchiano is an old farmhouse located on the slopes of Montalbano. It is located 5 km from Vinci, home of Leonardo Da Vinci, 30 km from Lucca, 40 km from Florence, 50 km from Pisa and 10 km from Montecatini Terme. The property is nestled in the typical Tuscan countryside, rich in olive groves. It directly overlooks the Montecatini Golf Club - 18 holes. You can use the bar and restaurant services of the Golf Club House and you can book "Green fees" in all the golf courses of central Tuscany. Away from crowded, noisy cities, it offers the ideal vacation for those who love nature and outdoor activities (golf, hiking, horseback riding). Its central location, in the heart of Tuscany, makes Marchiano not only a perfect base for visiting the most important cities of art, but also the Versilia coast, Abetone and the Pistoiese Mountains: all locations that fall within a radius of about 50 km away. The house is divided into two-room and three-room apartments, which have maintained their original rustic character. Each apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette (freezer) and double sofa bed, one or two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Our guests can also enjoy the spaces equipped in the house's appurtenances, covered and uncovered: a large canopy (former barn), which offers a panoramic view of the valuable environmental context of the Val di Nievole; a barbecue, swimming pool and parking surrounded by an olive grove.
