The space Villa Aska is ideal house for families of six and city getaways. You will find this modern four stars apartment with a lovely terrace right next to 500 year old stone house owned by our family, which is located on a small hill above Lopud bay, only 5 minutes’ walk from the port, surrounded by two thousand meters square garden with olive trees, oranges, grapes, seasonal vegetables… So, if you feel like eating fresh tomato or cucumber for breakfast, or maybe to sweeten your day with grapes or fig, feel free to walk through the garden and pick some. You can enjoy and relax in a large outdoor jacuzzi tub, or lay down on a deck chair surrounded by King Sago Palms. Numerous types of citrus trees and grapevine ensure plenty of shading place. The apartment is fully equipped, with a spacious bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower (details below). If you are missing anything at all, we live down stairs and you can always ask. We respect your privacy completely. The house is completely separate but next to our family home. We have everything you might need if you are coming with a baby (baby cot, high chair, changing table, toys, etc.). Guest access Along with everything that the private house offers, guests of the house can enjoy large external jacuzzi tub, which is placed in the garden along with cozy deck chairs and parasols. The jacuzzi tub is heated in the sun. Since the water is changed every morning, it gets hotter and hotter during the day. If you are coming during the autumn, it might get a bit colder due to shorter days. Special charm to the terrace with the hot tub give large King Sago palms, oranges and other Mediterranean vegetation, which provide nice shade. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the family garden by walking around the house surrounded by young olive trees, roses, tropical and other flowers. Our family member Ružica (Rosy) is certified tour guide for Dubrovnik and surroundings. She offers a number of exciting tailor made tours on Lopud, Elaphiti islands and Dubrovnik area. All guests of family Mihajlovic enjoy special discounts. You can book a private appointment with experienced therapist Ivan Povrzenic. He will come to your doorstep with a soft portable massage bed and a wide choice of aromatic oils. You can enjoy the massage surrounded by king sago palms on our jaccuzzi terrace or in the comfort of your apartment. All our guests get 20% discount on massage therapy. Other things to note Villa Aska is a small newly built stone house of 80 square meters located near, but completely separate from the family Mihajlovic home, having its own terrace with separate entrance and a beautiful view of the Lopud bay. Villa Aska is designed to be one large apartment, ideal for guesting six people, who want to spend holidays in a house which feels like home. The stone made terrace, which extends around the entire Villa Aska, occupies more than 25 square meters. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs so that guests can dine outdoors freely, enjoy the warm summer evenings or sunbathe in their own private area, while enjoying the sound of the crickets and smell of the Mediterranean herbs from the family garden. Same as the guest of apartments Beti and Dino, all the guests of Villa Aska can enjoy in outdoor Jacuzzi on a large terrace in the garden. The house is being entered through large glass doors, which take you to a single spacious room that unites living room, dining room and kitchen. The room is bathed in the light through several windows and two doors that take you out to the terrace from the kitchen and the living room. The large sofa in the living room can be doubled as bed for two, but if children are sleeping on sofa, it can easily serve three people. The living room is equipped with LCD television with satellite channels and DVD player, along with air conditioning. From living room, or any part of the house or the terrace, guests can connect to high speed wireless internet 24/7 free of charge. Cooking enthusiasts will surely be delight when they enter the kitchen. In addition to the modern design and numerous kitchen appliances, it offers a perfect view of the sea in which you can enjoy while cooking. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator and electric oven with cooker, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker and with all the usual necessities, such as glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, bowls, pots, pans and the like. Along with the kitchen and the living room, the house comprises of two bedrooms with large double beds and bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Beds at Villa Aska, along with furniture in all rooms, are arranged to meet the highest anti-allergy standards. The bathroom is equipped with washing machine. Linens and towels are changed regularly. Landlady Fikreta throws out trash on daily basis and each week cleans apartments. This is also not charged additionally.
