The space The One Bedroom unit can accommodate a maximum of 4 people with a king bed, sofa bed, one bathroom, a private patio or balcony, and a full kitchen. All one bedroom suites are complete with full kitchens, jacuzzi tub, air conditioning and updated electronics. Sorry, we love animals, but pets are not allowed. Guest access Relax in the glow of a desert sun by the beautiful pool and spa area, sit with friends and family by the lovely outdoor fireplace as you watch the gorgeous sunsets. You may also enjoy the luxury of and adult "Lagoon Spa" that overlooks the ninth hole of the golf course. The resort also offers a free laundry room, game room for the kids, and a "state of the art" fitness room. Other things to note Smaller children are thought of as well, by providing the latest enclosed playground equipment and adjacent picnic area with complimentary gas grills. For those of you looking to golf, adjacent to the Resort is the beautiful 18 hole Verde Santa Fe Golf Course and restaurant. IMPORTANT: Please be advised that scheduled roof maintenance and repair work will be taking place at the Highlands Resort at Verde Ridge in July and August. To ensure the safety of all members and guests and allow our contractors to work efficiently, please review the important details below: Work Schedule: · Start Date: Monday, July 13, 2026 · Estimated Completion Date: Friday, August 7, 2026 · Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM What to Expect: · Noise and Vibration: There will be moderate to heavy noise and vibrations due to equipment and foot traffic on the roof. · Access Requirements: Roof access will be restricted. Please remove any personal items from balconies or patios if they interfere with the work zone. · Parking: Contractor vehicles and heavy equipment may occupy designated parking areas during working hours. Resident Action Required: · Please keep windows and sliding doors closed during working hours to minimize dust and odor. · If workers require interior access to your unit, you will be notified separately 24 to 48 hours in advance.
