Baja Turchese, at the beach of the Old Saltworks. Just 5 km from the airport and 9 km from the port. Recently renovated house with new furnishings. First and last floor in a prestigious residential complex. Ideal for families with children, as the residence is mainly pedestrian. Although the house has numerous beds (total 10), it can accommodate 6 adults and possibly 2 children. The beach of the Vecchie Saline, within walking distance, is about 300 meters from the house. The space The house consists of three bedrooms. One double, one with two single beds (sofa bed with standard size mattress), one bedroom with 2 bunk beds with 6 beds. We have 2 bathrooms, one in the living area with a shower but no window, and one in the sleeping area with a bathtub and window. Air conditioners are present in every room. The kitchen is in an open corner, the terrace is used as a living room with a dining table for 8 people. The TV can be placed in any room, but is normally placed in the covered veranda. The veranda is enclosed by PVC curtains that can be closed if necessary. In the residence, the common areas are usable, and there is a bar/refreshment area at the pool area. The swimming pool is a paid service outside the condominium. Bicycles can be rented at the service center. WI-FI NOT AVAILABLE. NB SHEETS AND TOWELS are provided upon reservation at 10 euros/person, but you can still bring your own. Guest access All condominium parks are available for guests. Children can use the soccer fields. Other things to note WI-FI NOT AVAILABLE. The supply of sheets for the beds and towels for the bathroom is possible with advance notice at a cost of 10 euros per person. Example: 3 guests 30 euros, 2 guests 20 euros. The rental of sheets and towels is paid on site to the cleaning lady. You can bring your own sheets and towels at no extra cost. With advance notice, we can provide a baby crib and a high chair for lunch, at no extra cost. NB Separate collection. In the house, you will find instructions on how to dispose of waste and the collection schedule operated by the Municipality. Check-in after 8:00 p.m. in self check-in mode. We will provide you with detailed directions.
