Guests are welcome to sit out & enjoy the main garden, the balcony & terrace gardens . To help everything run smoothly for everyone, please take a few minutes to go through the important guidelines below. Our villa is lovingly maintained by our friendly and experienced team — Ram & Prakash (housekeeper/cook). If you notice anything that needs attention, please let us know right away — we’re always happy to help. We follow Airbnb’s Enhanced Clean protocols. All rooms, kitchens, common areas, linens and towels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every check-in. 🍳 Meals & Food • Light vegetarian breakfast and meals can be arranged at an additional charge with advance notice (subject to staff and ingredient availability). • Non-veg cooking is allowed. • Food delivery via Zomato, Swiggy etc. is easily available. • Restaurants like Honest, Havmor, Subway, McDonald’s and local dhabas are within 5–7 minutes. • Kirana stores, dairy and vegetable shops are within walking distance. • BigBasket, JioMart and Amazon deliveries are also available. Kindly avoid requesting staff for tea/coffee, snacks or room service at random hours. If you need something arranged, just let us know in advance — we’ll gladly try to help. Complimentary unlimited 8-Stage R.O. drinking water is available 24/7. 🏡 Cleanliness & Care We request guests to please keep bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, garden and common areas neat and tidy. • Basic bedroom sweeping is provided once daily (complimentary). • Fresh linens & towels are replaced once every 4 days. • Bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized before arrival and are to be maintained by guests during their stay. If excessive mess is left behind: • General cleaning fee: 300 per day • Kitchen cleaning (if left unclean after use): ₹350 per day (up to 2 guests) • Clogged sinks due to food waste: ₹500 per day Please do not throw food, sauces or leftovers in sinks. Let’s also try to conserve water — it’s precious 🌍 👟 Villa Etiquette • Kindly remove footwear inside the villa to protect hygiene and wooden flooring. • Switch off A/C, lights, fans, heaters and faucets when not in use. • Ground floor areas (main entrance, drawing/dining, island kitchen & bedrooms) are private residence spaces and not part of the guest area. 🐶 Our Furry Family We have German Shepherd babies at home 🐾 Please do not feed them any snacks or leftovers — they have sensitive stomachs. 🚬 Smoking & Alcohol Policy • As per Gujarat law, alcohol possession/consumption requires a valid Government Liquor Permit. We can assist you if needed. • Strictly no drugs, illegal activity, gambling or anti-social behavior on the premises. • Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette stubs responsibly. Any Smoking/vaping in the Villa premises will attract a Rs.3000 penalty fee for each violition.. 🧺 Laundry Services • Washing (up to 7 kg, no ironing): ₹350 per load • Washing & ironing: ₹45 per garment 🔧 Damages Guests are responsible for any damages, breakages or loss of villa property during their stay. Compensation must be settled before checkout. 🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for other guests, neighbors and the host family.
