The well equipped cottage has ample parking, and south facing terrace with very private and peaceful garden. The cottage accommodates a maximum of four, and a well behaved dog accepted with prior approval. . The space The accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious room with double bed, 1 smaller room with 2 x 2'6" single beds. There is a small, but well-equipped kitchen, which is open plan to the hallway. It has a table, chairs and a bench, fridge, gas cooker, slimline dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, kettle & toaster. The spacious bathroom has full length bath with overhead shower, washbasin, W.C. and washing machine in the airing cupboard. There is a separate cloakroom with a second W.C. The comfortable sitting room, has sofa and two armchairs, smart TV with Freeview, and catch up on all major channels. French windows onto the sunny and private terrace. There is a study also with french windows onto the terrace, with a dropleaf table, chairs and a dropleaf desk, providing a useful work area. During the hot summers we seem to be experiencing in UK, whilst outside on the terrace it can be hot and sunny, inside the cottage it keeps surprisingly cool.
