St Agnes - Lovely Family Home - Sleeps 6

Relax with the family in beautiful St Agnes situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Recently refurbished family home, we've updated throughout and have made a very comfortable, welcoming home, perfect for a tranquil getaway. Main entrance is via a conservatory porch, into large living room, with stairs to Master Bedroom with full en suite bathroom and 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. Off of living room is a corridor leading to 3rd bedroom, kitchen diner and bathroom. The space Fantastic places to eat and drink, all with large outdoor decks and patios, are just a short stroll away. Stunning Trevaunance Cove beach is also in walking distance (or 5 min drive). Great location for exploring Cornwall just 10mins from the A30 with easy access to St Ives, Perranporth, Newquay, and 45mins from Eden Project, Mevagissey, Fowey and Charlestown. 25 mins from Falmouth. We're a family of four, with 2 kids under 5 and there are lots of books and toys for guests to enjoy. There's a fire, piano, outdoor brazier, gardens front and back and plenty of books for adults too. There's very little light pollution so the view of the stars on a clear night is breathtaking. It's very quiet and private as we are surrounded by a high hedge on all sides. Lots of outdoor space, close enough to the village to walk anywhere, set back enough for plenty of peace and quiet. There are some lovely walks on bridleways right on our doorstep and a park on our road. The neighbours are fantastic and there's a lovely community vibe. Guest access We've got more parking than we need! All off road. Easily get 4 cars on the drive. Best to walk into the village or cycle as it can get busy in the summer holidays. There is a taxi firm in St Agnes if you need it and we can help you book and sort directions etc. Other things to note For COVID safety, guests are asked to bring their own sheets and towels - thank you. We provide brand new mattress toppers and the house will be fully cleaned on your arrival.
