Cozy Tiny House located inside a gated Lake Conroe Resort near Conroe, TX and Willis, TX. The space Our Tiny House has one bedroom with a Queen size bed, TV and DVD player. The living room Couch and Love Seat fold out to a full size and twin-size bed. Sheets, pillows, and blankets for all beds included. Robust WIFI, TV in living room has Roku & DVD player, full kitchen (with all the do dads), k-cup coffee maker, 12-cup coffee maker, full size bathroom, central air conditioning & heat, and compact washer & dryer. Towels and washcloths included. Consumables; bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and hand wash soap included with rental. Driveway only holds one vehicle. Vehicles can't be parked in the street or on the grass. There is overflow parking very close and throughout the resort. Guest access Create lasting memories with family and friends by fishing on the lake, relaxing on the beach or by the pool, or just hanging out at the clubhouse. This is an all-inclusive gated recreational resort with lots of park activities/amenities which are included with your rental. Resort Park amenities are shared by other guests in the resort.
