Quiet and cozy double room in a luxury neighborhood in Leicester, UK

Arrive in Leeds by train or Bus - why not hop on bus number 1 or 8 heading north to the leafy suburb of Leeds. We have two quiet and comfortable guest rooms. This listing is the guest room with twin beds. Our place is close to restaurants dining and public transport. 2 min walk to bus stop, 25 min to universities, shopping center , First Arena, financial district and Leeds train station. It takes 10 to 15 min by car to Leeds airport. If you rive you can park free at our place. The space A twin room with modern and minimalist decor. It has two guest beds designed by Hertel & Klarhoefer. We also have a room with a double bed separately listed. Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen to take water, make tea and coffee. During your stay We will be very happy to provide local information. We both work during the day. The ideal check-in time will be after 5.30pm and check out by 9.00am. Other things to note 1. Car can be parked free next to the house. 2. Guests please leave their outdoor shoes in the hall. 3. Washer and Dryer in the utility room - guest use costs of 10 pounds inclusive of laundry liquids each time. 4. CCTV around neighborhood and by the front door. 5. Please bring your own toiletries - particularly for guests with sensitive skin conditions 6. Nuts allergy - many cookeries in the kitchen may have been in contact with nuts or nuts productions. 7. Food - 2 min walk away there is a Wild Bean Cafe for breakfast. There is also an English pub Lawnswoods Arms for food and drink.
