Glasfryn holiday cottage

Hello and welcome to Glasfryn , a wonderful traditional slate cottage in the lovely Welsh village of Abergynolwyn which is situated in Snowdonia national park and is a UNESCO site. Your home from home has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and a smaller bunkbed room . Downstairs is a living room with a log burner and a kitchen . Outside is a lovely garden with seating and fully enclosed so suitable for a dog . Take a break and unwind in the beautiful Welsh countryside only 10 minutes drive from the sea . The space A cute cottage originally built by the local slate quarry workers in the 1860's using the local slate . All the houses on this street are grade 2 listed and haven't changed in over 150 years ! Many original features including a large fireplace and slate flooring in the living room and kitchen. A lovely garden with seating area and a grass lawn . Our local pub 2 minutes walk from the cottage, The Railway Inn is now open serving drinks and a small menu. Other things to note During Summer months (April till September) a starter pack of logs is provided for the log burner, further logs can be purchased from us . During winter months ( October till March) we provide a starter pack and an extra bag of logs . logs are available to buy direct from us or from Wynnstay or co op in Tywyn . If requiring the travel cot please bring your own bedding. Please note that no EV vehicles can be charged at the property without permission. A charge will be added for this service. We do not allow other pets at the property only dogs . Please don't leave your dogs unattended at the cottage.
