“Casa di Giuilia” is an indipendent villa set among olive trees, dating to the beginning of the 19thcentury. It is part of an estate which was very extended in the past. You will be fascinated by thetranquillity of the place and by the wonderful view on the sea and on the Eolian Islands.You can admire a breathtaking landscape from the house's terraces . In 2021 was built a new and panoramic swimming pool that completes the villa and will make your vacation unforgettable. villa is for 5 guests. The space The accommodation The villa is set in a typical Mediterranean landscape and has a beautiful view on the harbour ofCefalù (famous for its characteristic Rocca) and on the Eolian Islands.From the garden you go into a cozy living area with a fireplace and a TV set. This room is next to afully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a microwave oven, a toaster, a boiler and a mixer.In the sleeping area there is a double bedroom with an en-suit comfortable bathroom, which isequipped with a modern wide shower, a second double bedroom, a single bedroom and a secondbathroom. In the living area there is also a sofa-bed for two people. The strengths of the villa are certainly the beautiful panoramic swimming pool and its furnished garden , it has a barbecue, several sofas andan hammock where you can relax by reading a good book. In the garden there are also deck chairs to sunbathe and to enjoy the singing of cicadas and the smell of the Mediterranean scrub.
