Please note all parking signs especially if you have additional vehicles or guests over. Guests staying for more than 14 nights may be required to pay for an extra cleaning fee every 14 nights or mid trip if staying for less than 28 nights. Current charge for extra cleaning is USD$150 each time paid directly to the host before the cleaning staff arrive. WiFi internet access is provided in the condo and at the pool. Guests agree to use it only for legal purposes and they promise not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities.
