A large independent kitchen and guest toilet complete the ground floor. A bedroom with dressing room and bathroom (bathtub and shower) offers direct access to the terrace and pool. Upstairs, two double bedrooms and a shower room welcome family and friends in complete serenity. Guest access The house is entirely dedicated to guests except for the garage. There are two closed parking spaces, accessible to guests Other things to note EV Charging The house does not have an EV charging station. However, you will find a terminal in the village, about a 10-minute walk from the property. For safety and power consumption reasons, please do not plug a vehicle into the house outlets, even with an adapter.
