In the heart of Brunswick Heads this family home has been fully renovated throughout so you can enjoy modern ease and practicality, whilst maintaining the charm and fun of yesteryear. Dogs welcome subject to application. Please enquire with details of your pet. The space Welcome to our home in gorgeous Brunswick Heads where every day is like Sunday. We are located right in the heart of town, on the same street as the famous 'Old Maids' burger bar and the Brunswick Heads picture house. From there walk down the street another minute to the sublime Brunswick River, then over the footbridge to the glorious main beach and surf club. The spacious and functional kitchen has two large windows looking onto the outdoor living of the north facing deck and garden. BBQ available as well as swings and trampoline for the kids. 'Barbarella' is the perfect backbone to your beachside adventure. Guest access The house and front garden is entirely yours during your stay. Of note there are two small apartments at the back of this large block that have their own private access from the back lane, so you are unlikely to even see them during your stay, except very occasionally if using the back garden which is for communal use of the house and flats. There is a chicken coop at the very back of the garden - check for fresh eggs! There is a trampoline in the back yard and swings in the tree out the front which you are more than welcome to use. If you do, please take care and supervise children as their use is of course it is at your own risk. Other things to note All bedrooms have A/C for cooling and heating plus ceiling fans in every room. There's frequently also a refreshing gentle breeze in Brunswick Heads during the summer months . There is so much to do around our area or you can relax at home with 2 TVs WII, internet, board games, trampoline and tree swings, deck and Weber BBQ. All linen is provided (including beach towels).
