La Grange de Menthon, dating from the 17th century, was completely renovated with care in 2017. Ideally located in the center of the village. This refined apartment is designed for anyone looking for calm. It offers all the comforts necessary for a successful stay (bedding, shower, bathtub, TV, kitchen, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine...) LAKE AND MOUNTAIN is for travelers who love old and charming stones, in search of peace and quiet. The space The LAC ET CHATEAU, an 80 m2 apartment on the 2nd and top floor, is one of the three apartments of La Grange de Menthon. The layout of the apartment consists of spaces on 2 levels: - 1st floor: a large living room with equipped kitchen, a bedroom area with shower room, toilet and balcony - 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms in the attic with lake view, bathroom with bathtub, double sink, toilet Guest access A front door allows you to access the hallway that serves the apartments, including LAC ET CHATEAU upstairs. Access is not suitable for PRM visitors. A standard size private parking space is reserved for LAC ET CHÂTEAU in the cul-de-sac in front of the barn. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate an imposing sedan, van or van. Only our guests can enjoy, in peace, the unheated pool from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm. 2-wheelers and outdoor or water sports equipment cannot be stored in the common areas or in the apartments. Access to the washing machine and dryer is available upon request at a price of €8 per load. Other things to note Our apartments only accommodate adults and children over 12 years old. For safety reasons due to the proximity of the pool, we do not accept baby cribs. Our photos are very representative of the premises, there may nevertheless be some differences in decoration, or vegetation depending on the season.
