The space LAC ET CHATEAU, 80 m2 apartment on the 2nd and top floor, is one of three apartments in La Grange de Menthon. The layout of the apartment consists of spaces on 2 levels: - 1st floor: a large living room with equipped kitchen, a bedroom area with shower room, toilet and balcony. - 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms in the attic with lake view, bathroom with bathtub, double sink, toilet. Guest access A front door gives you access to the hallway that leads to the apartments, including LAKE and CHATEAU upstairs. Access is not suitable for PRM visitors. A standard size private parking space is reserved for LAKE and CHATEAU in the cul-de-sac in front of the barn. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate any towering sedan, van or van. Bicycles and outdoor or water sports equipment cannot be stored in common areas or apartments. Other things to note Our apartments are for adults and children over 12 years old only.
