Bedding & towels provided The space This bright and fully furnished 83 m² flat includes a spacious 25 m² living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, a laundry room, a bathroom, and separate toilet. There’s also a small balcony, which is temporarily inaccessible due to renovation work scheduled in the building. The apartment is ideally located just across from Parc de Procé, in a quiet and green area loved by locals. All essential shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy) are within walking distance. Bus lines C6, C3, 54 and 10 are nearby, offering quick access to the city center, the train station, Audencia, and university campuses. The available bedroom is cozy and functional, with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The flatshare is respectful and calm. Everyone enjoys their own space while sharing a clean, well-maintained common area. If all three rooms are booked at the same time, cleaning of the common areas might be offered if necessary. In the event that one of the three rooms is not rented, it may be occasionally occupied by myself, for personal and temporary use. Everything is ready for you: bed linen (2 sets) and one towel included, fully equipped kitchen (dishes, microwave), smart TV in the living room, and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi. Shared areas include the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and separate toilet. However, I kindly ask you to leave the apartment as clean as you found it. A minimum 50 € fee may apply during or at the end of the stay if the state of the apartment justifies it. 🎁 Starter kit provided Basic essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap) are provided for your arrival. The tenant is responsible for restocking items throughout the stay. 👤 Occupancy rules Only the person named in the reservation is allowed to access the apartment.
