Located in central Saigon, it's a short 10 minutes walk from the backpacker area. Our apartment has a full kitchen, living room with balcony, and bathroom w/ rain shower! Our professionally designed studio is located in central Saigon, a short walk way from the backpacker area and Ben Thanh Market. The space features a hotel-quality king bed, living room with balcony, work desk and chair, full kitchen and bathroom with rain shower. Other things to note Please note that the apartment on the 17th floor is having some construction work, estimated till Feb 2nd, and our place is one floor above. Their work hours is 7.30AM - 5PM (break from 11.30AM - 1PM), Monday to Friday and Saturday from 7.30-11.30. There is no work on Sundays. The heaviest stage is expected to complete on Jan 30, and it should become much less disturbing afterwards. Kindly note that this is the information we receive from the contractor, the actual situation may also differ, we will make sure to keep you posted if there's any change in their plans. Our apartment is on the 18th floor of the building. Access is via elevators. The apartment building is open 24 hours a day.
