The space WE HAVE GENERATOR THAT COVER THE WHOLE HOUSE All furniture, furnishings and linens are new. Queen bed. Kitchenette is new with large refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, coffee machine, blender , toaster, pots, pans and basic cooking supplies, iron. Dining table and 2 chairs. New bathroom with glass door shower. Flat screen smart 42” LED HD TV, complimentary WiFi. Have a great time at the beach with our guest beach chairs, beach umbrella, and cooler, enjoy fishing from our deck just perfect for relaxing ( we have fishing rod) We have gas BBQ grill Guest access Check in time is 3:00pm . However, if you would like to check in a little earlier, please email me and we will try our best to accommodate you. You can park on the circle ( please look at check in info where to park ) The studio is on the left side of our house. You will have your own entrance and exclusive access to the studio through the left gate (which has a sign that says Lake House). Our house is attached and we on the right side, Other things to note The studio has kitchenette , it does have a microwave and fridge ,hot plate, toaster, electric skillet. No cleaning or housekeeping will be provided during your stay, but we leave extra towels and linen in the closet . We will welcome you with snack , coffee , and water . we love pets , and you welcome to bring trained small dogs under 15LBS ( please let us know before ) we have the perfect spot for fishing so if you like to fish this is your place , we have fishing rod but you more then welcome to bring your own gear , we have 2 mango trees and during the seasons ( May-June ) you welcome to enjoy our delicious mangos, Deck is for everyone but we keep the pool private for you , we have a shaded area to sit , also gas BBQ if you want to grill ,
