Large sofa bed in a modern and cozy loft

Cozy and silence apartment in Madrid, close to the center. Open spaces, kitchen and living room with a big sofa that turns into bed. A lot of natural light during the day and nice decoration and leds illumination. Super silence that guarantees a good sleep. Nice and big terrace to have lunch, sunbath or listen to the birds sing. Shared bathroom with me. With huge shower with bluetooth speaker! You can have wifi, clean towels/sheets and free acces to the kitchen. Important info!! I have 2 cats! The space It is a small, quiet and very bright loft in the Plaza Castilla area. Super quiet, you can't hear anything at night. The area available for guests to sleep is a sofa convertible into a large bed in the living room/kitchen. It is NOT a private room, but I do my utmost to give my guests maximum privacy and comfort. My room is separate. Available for use are the kitchen, living room, TV, Netflix, bathroom, and terrace with table and hammocks. Towels and bed linens included. Warm quilt and blanket, air conditioning, and ceiling and table fan. If you need some bathroom accessories, I can also provide them. Subways and buses nearby. I have all kinds of kitchen appliances and little touches! You have an espresso capsule coffee maker, and a variety of tea and infusions, beers and soft drinks, all included. This is a friendly concept apartment, where you can make friends with me or share conversation, activities, board games, walks, food etc. But if you prefer your privacy, I'll try to give it to you as much as possible. Possibility of a parking space for €5 more per night. Important!! I have 2 cats!! They don't need any care. You'll love it! Sol/ Tribunal or Atocha, direct metro line, in 30 minutes. Other things to note I have 2 great cats, a 10-year-old Siamese cat and a 3-year-old male orange cat. They usually sleep with me and behave very well at night, just a walk or spontaneous night race, or a meow around 7 am, and they eat at 8 am, but usually they don't bother anything. All my guests have been delighted. This is their home. Leaving them locked up will not be an option under any circumstances.
