The space Charming 29 m² studio located on the ground floor of our family home, set within a beautifully landscaped 3,600 m² property. It has a private entrance, ensuring full independence and privacy, while the owners live on-site. Originally a bedroom fully renovated into a comfortable studio, it offers a warm and cozy atmosphere for a peaceful stay surrounded by nature. --- 🛏️ The Accommodation You will have a double bed (160x200), with bed linen and towels included. The fully equipped kitchen includes: large fridge-freezer (H 140 cm), microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, gas stove, and all necessary cookware and tableware (plates, cutlery, glasses, bowls, pans, pots, strainer). Basic supplies are provided: oil, sugar, salt, pepper, a selection of teas and herbal infusions, ground and instant coffee. Also available: washing-up liquid, sponge, and kitchen towels. You will also find an iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable, featuring a bathtub, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, and bathrobes. Separate toilet with toilet paper provided. --- 🌸 Outdoor Space & Comfort You will enjoy a large private garden area with a terrace, table, and chairs—perfect for relaxing outdoors. TV and Wi-Fi are available. On request: washing machine, baby cot, and high chair.
