It is located in a peacefull small gated community.The beautifull and protected natural Marbella Cabopino beaches are 4 kms. away. This apartment is also for sale. By car 5min. by car to the closest beach 10min. from Marbella 20min. from Porto Banus 20min. from Malaga Airport 30min. walk to the beach. Free Parking available in front appartment, inside our gated community. Public bus 119 outside our gate. Our resort Las Gaviotas is part of the prestigious Urbanization Sitio de Calahonda and one of there security cabins is in front of our resort gate. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a double mattress kept in the covered terrace if is needed . The apartment is furnished as shown on the photos and has one baby cot with it's mattress kept under the bed. There is non air conditioner, only 3 fans because the apartment was designed by an architect with the purpose of minimum pollution to the environment, by opening the back aluminium windows keeping the wooden ones closed, and opening the pool doors, keeping them almost closed, like this has it's natural fresh ventilation for summer weather. As some people don't like WiFi, like our family, in order to keep our home less toxic for the environment, we didn't install the WiFi, so not modem available in the apartment. But if during your stay you need internet, you can buy a SIM card from Digimobil company in a store near by (Comercial El Zoco) and for only 15€ you get unlimited GB for one month, by inserting the SIM card in your phone, and if you need it for a laptop then share the internet by hotspot from your phone as a WiFi to connect your computer to the internet. Pets are not allowed after a bad experience with an Airbnb short-term tenant. Only allowed up to 2 adults er stay. There is a cod with it's mattress if needed for a baby under the main bed closet. You can find also an extra large mattress for an emergency, but without bed structure. We also left an air mattress with a foot pump in case needed. And a mosquito net and mosquito repellent under the TV inside the closet, to use if needed. The apartment is fully equipped with all needed to live there in winter and summer time. Other things to note Fully equipped apartment with one bedroom, covered terrace with extra mattress for guests, living room, bathroom, kitchen, reception space, community guarded parking, apartment facing the pools. Everything works in the house, except the motor of the stove extractor, but is not a big deal because the kitchen has an exterior window. The washing machine has two steps per wash, first you need to put it on wool (41min.) and after in Spin (11min.). To do it each time, first turn on, then choose program, then press play. wWhen stops, will beep several times for you to come to open the door. We are the owners and we try to do everything correctly so our costumers are happy while they stay in our home. if you have any problem, please share it with us from the first moment, so we can find a solution to it.
