Cozy bedroom and shared bath in beautiful clean quiet home with character. The space Welcome to my home. My home is ideal for guests who are seeking privacy, rest and respite while in the Philadelphia area for school, work, business, conferences or vacation. Guests are welcome to use the dining room, living room, kitchen, or basement for studying and recreational activities, and have 24-hour access to the kitchen. Freshly laundered linens, towels, wash clothes, body wash and are available to all guests. Space is allocated in the refrigerator and pantry for guests to house their groceries. The room can be equipped with a flat screen tv and/or desk, upon request. Cable and wireless internet are available as well. I am a retired postal worker and I have had my home for many years. I live in the home alone, however, my niece, Kanita Williams, pictured in my profile, will negotiate all bookings. She is a criminal defense attorney living in Washington, DC, and has her own home that she Airbnbs there. But she comes to visit me often. And the more the merrier, as there is ample space. So please, come, and stay a while ;). (Update: my Aunt Rebecca has since passed away, however her heirs continue to use her space to host visitors and use the funds to maintain the “family” house ((my Aunt was 1 of 11)) in South Carolina and to build a legacy for the whole family.)
