No stairs required! ●Common Areas: The main living hall, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen are all on this level, making it perfect for guests with limited mobility. First Floor (Group Suite): ●1 Large Bedroom: This spacious room can accommodate up to 4 guests (2 double beds), making it ideal for kids or a group of friends who want their own private floor. 🆕 NEW UPGRADES FOR YOUR COMFORT: ●24x7 Power Backup: We have installed a heavy-duty Inverter to ensure lights, fans, and Wi-Fi run uninterrupted. ●Safe Drinking Water: No need to buy plastic bottles! We provide a modern Water Purifier for clean, safe drinking water. ●Secure Premises: For your peace of mind, the exterior areas are monitored by CCTV cameras. Guest access You will have exclusive privacy at the villa. Even for smaller groups, we never rent the unused rooms to anyone else during your stay. Bedroom Access Policy: To offer you the best rates, we unlock bedrooms based on the confirmed guest count: ●For 1 to 6 Guests: You have access to the Ground Floor (3 Bedrooms with attached bathrooms). ●For 7+ Guests: We also open the First Floor Suite (Large bedroom that sleeps 4). Common Areas (Yours to use): Regardless of group size, you always have full, private access to the Living Hall, Dining Area, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Central Courtyard, Garden, and Parking.
