The tranquil and peaceful location of the villa makes it the perfect place to relax and soak up the Andalusian sun. Just a few minutes away by car from the white village of Mijas, with its numerous shops, restaurants, and typical bars, you are also close to the beaches, reachable within a 15-minute drive. The space Villa Nanise is a charming Spanish villa, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you'll need. NRA: ESFCTU0000290430000667320000000000000000VUT/MA/051449 Malaga and Marbella are just 20 minutes away, and you can also visit the magnificent cities of Granada (and the exceptional Alhambra), Cordoba, Seville, Cadiz, Gibraltar, the Sierra Nevada or the extraordinary beaches of Tarifa. For golf enthusiasts, Andalusia is a veritable promised land, with no fewer than 20 courses just a few kilometres away (Cala Resort, El Chaparral, Santana Golf, Mijas Golf Club etc.) and a total of 70 courses on the Costa del Sol! Accommodation is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living/dining area with direct access to the shaded terrace and pool. The air-conditioned living room is equipped with a fireplace for winter evenings, a television, and high-speed fiber optic WiFi. One of the bedrooms is located on this level, air-conditioned and furnished with a double bed ... next to this bedroom is a bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen has just been renovated and is fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, etc. A separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, table, iron, and a second refrigerator. Stairs lead to the other bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom has a single 120 cm bed and is smaller than the others; it is equipped with a fan and is suitable for 1 person. The second bedroom has a double bed and is air-conditioned. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink. The third bedroom (the master bedroom) also has a double bed and is air-conditioned. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The villa also offers a beautiful outdoor space with garden and pool, where you'll likely spend most of your vacation time. Overlooking the pool, the shaded terrace features an integrated lounge area with cushions and coffee table, and it is equipped with a barbecue and dining table. The private, heated pool has sun loungers, pool towels, and a grassy, landscaped area. The villa is about 25 minutes' walk from the village of Mijas. We recommend that you hire a car for greater convenience and to make it easier to dispose of your rubbish, which must be deposited in special skips.
