This unique house, an annex of our property, independent entrance with a terrace, pool view and it is fully equipped. (See equipment) Access to the pool, jacuzzi, terrace and summer kitchen. Linens are provided. Provide towels for the pool and jacuzzi. Guest access You have access to the pool and jacuzzi, a petanque court, a ping pong table, a summer kitchen with barbecue and terraces Note that the leisure areas are shared with the owners. the village is a 5-min walk away where you will find: bakery, grocery store, delicatessen, restaurants, butcher, pharmacy, jewelry, florist, seamstress, massages, hairdresser, beautician etc... 5 min drive to shopping malls and major retailers. the sea is 40 minutes by car the river is a 15-minute walk Béziers 30 min by car Montpellier 1 hour Google will give you more information if needed. Other things to note Recreational spaces are shared with the owners but we know how to be discreet and keep our distance.
