There's about 4 steps to get up to the front door. Grass is right outside the door. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and there is a futon in the living room. *While we do not allow smoking in this unit, this unit has more then likely been smoked in many many many years ago and since has been totally gutted and remodeled. Also, please keep in mind that sometimes this unit may sit for a week or longer without airflow and someone being in it** You will have a parking space right in front of your door.
