A modern semi detached bungalow located just a mile from the beaches of Prussia Cove and Perranuthnoe and 2 miles from the ancient Cornish town of Marazion home to St Michael's Mount. Located midway between the towns of Penzance and Helston each approximately 7 miles away. Ideally located to explore Cornwall. There is a pub, fish and chip shop and Co- op a 5 minute walk away. We accept a maximum of 2 dogs. Sky TV and sport and TNT sport available. The space Chi Lowen has recently been refurbished with a modern grey kitchen with beech worktop, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate dining room and a lounge with log burner perfect for when the weather is a little cooler. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. All accommodation is on the ground floor. There are 2 spacious bedrooms a double and a twin both with ample storage. There is a front patio area with a table and chairs and a rear enclosed grass area with table and chairs, great suntraps perfect for alfresco dining.At the side of the property is an enclosed area suitable for bike/surf board storage. There is a private driveway for parking. Guests are welcome to bring their dog and there are plenty of level walking routes close by. The property will be decorated for guests visiting during the Christmas period. Myself and my husband live in the adjoining bungalow and will be available for as much or as little as you require.
