Important Information AMENITIES ALERT: As part of our efforts to enhance and maintain the property, the rooftop pool, pool deck, BBQ area and hot tub will be closed for renovations from December 2, 2024, through February 28, 2025. The kiddie pool will be closed from October 1, 2024, through February 28, 2025. MINIMUM CHECK-IN AGE: This resort's minimum check-in age is 21. Guests will be required to show proof of age upon check-in. Temporary Property Entrance: Access to the property at Las Vegas Boulevard is temporarily unavailable. All vehicles and pedestrians should enter the property through Harmon Ave. Parking Alert: Self-parking is not available on-site due to construction. Limited valet parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations are recommended. The valet parking fee is $25 per day for Club Members. Paid self-parking options are available nearby. Please note that oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated by valet or in the nearby self-parking options. Construction Project Near Polo Towers: Construction work has begun to transform the previously known Hawaiian Market Place near Polo Towers into a shopping and dining facility. Signs have been posted to direct arrivals through the new temporary entrance into the property from Las Vegas Boulevard — and Guests will likely experience sights and sounds from the construction. Please be mindful of these upcoming interruptions that may impact your experience at the resort: Starting in early September, work will begin on the steel structure, and noise may increase from the nearby construction site. During construction, please note that there may be occasional interruptions to utility services on-site. If this impacts your stay, we will notify you at check-in.
