Kitchen on the lower floor shared with the owners, two quiet grandparents who love good food. The attic room has a double bed. A kitchenette is available adjacent to the room equipped with induction hobs, also shared with other guests. The space The room is an attic and has its own refrigerator. The bathroom is shared with the guest of the adjacent room, if any. It is suitable for a couple (the bed is a double) or even a single person (the price is for one guest). Guests can use the garden and terrace at their leisure, sharing them with the homeowners. The bathroom is in the attic, so it could be uncomfortable for very tall people. There is a second one available on the lower floor and therefore more comfortable for very tall people, but it must be agreed upon. Guest access Guests will have the remote control of the villa gate and will be able to enter by car and park in a specially reserved space. They will have an entrance reserved for them that gives access to the shared kitchen and from this with a staircase you go up to the attic floor where there is a bedroom and bathroom. They can use the terrace and the park at their leisure. During your stay The owners live in the house for most of the day, so they are almost always available for anything you need. For those who use the kitchen, it is recommended to clean and especially dry the steel sink to make it tidy for those who use it later. The key to the house is given to each person and must be placed in the appropriate keychain upon return. The room can be locked at night, but it is advisable to entrust the key to the owners during your absence, for security reasons that are superfluous to detail. All rooms must be accessible to the owners at any time of the day. Other things to note If the guest has a medium or large dog that is not dangerous, they can keep it free in the park available but will have to manage it when the gate opens and when new guests arrive; in any case, supervise it (we do not do animal sitting and we cannot assume responsibility if the dog harms itself or others).
