A modern house located within extensive grounds of hosts property, which has 2 private terraces with mountain views, pool, sunbathing area with luxury furniture, outdoor kitchen, fully stocked honesty bar, pool table, darts board and gardens for your enjoyment. Within walking distance there are 3 bars/restaurants. The traditional town of Antas with shops/bars/restaurants is 3 minutes by car. It is 15 minutes drive to numerous beaches, golf courses, waterparks and other attractions. The space From your private terrace you enter the modern open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, with 3 bedrooms, 1 ensuite shower room and 1 shower room. Bedroom 1 with kingsize bed, Bedroom 2 with kingsize bed and ensuite with walk in shower, through to 2 single beds (this room can be separated) has direct access to your second private terrace. The pool area with bar, outside kitchen, wc, outside shower and gardens are accessed from both terraces. There is entertainment systems both indoors and outdoors. Guest access A perfect base to discover all Almeria's hidden gems. There is ample parking at the property for up to 6 guests vehicles. There is a bus stop within walking distance with regular services to Vera/Garrucha/Mojacar amongst others. We are situated 10 minutes from the A7 Autovia del Mediterraneo which connects you to all parts of Spain, such as Granada being 2 hrs away. The Sierra Nevada for skiing in winter is 2 hrs away, perfect to enjoy skiing in the morning and sunbathing in the afternoon. Almeria city and airport 50 minutes away, Murcia and its airport 1hr 10 minutes away, Alicante airport 1hr 45 minutes away.
