As you go up the next set of stairs you will find a nicely updated kitchen and dining area. Seating for 6, plus room at the counter, updated appliances, and built-in coffee machine. Plenty of space to spread out and even a love seat to hang out on and relax in the dining area. Then up to the living room, you will find plenty of seating, great views of the pool from the balcony and surrounding mountains, wood-burning fireplace, and large flat screen tv. The top floor has a master bedroom with a king bed and a shared bathroom with a large shower. Outdoors you will find that you are conveniently located to the play structure for kids. Hiking trails right out the front door for any season. Pool open in summer and winter (heated to hot tub temp in winter). Great for apres! Tennis courts, covered parking. Guest access Guests have the freedom to use the whole condo, Notchbrook amenities and walk the grounds. Other things to note ~Please do not attempt to have a campfire outside on the lawn. Fires are not permitted by the homeowner and could result in loss of security deposit for damages. We have a lovely fireplace in the living room for you to enjoy. Please DO NOT ATTEMPT TO EMPTY ASHES OR BURNT LOGS FROM FIREPLACE. Cleaners will empty them after your departure. ~ Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in the house. ~ Pool is closed between September 2nd - November 25th each year for maintenance.
